(Rev.) Mar Melchizedek, OSB is serving in the Greek Orthodox Church of Epirus and currently as the resident priest at St. Joseph Orthodox Community in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Mar Melchizedek is devoted to the holy faith in a sincere Christ-like manner, emphasizing that true Orthodox Christianity is based on Holy Scriptures (Bible) with its sequential Dogmatic and Sacred Tradition (II Thess. 2:15 & 3:6), not on titles, ethnic customs (traditions), prestige or adherence to exclusive circles.

Mar Melchizedek is a member of the Standing Episcopal Conference of Orthodox Bishops (SEC) which is recognized by the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople.
